Sandthorn Lemonade from a Siphon

Ingredients

  • Tarragon syrup 4 oz.
  • Club soda 27 oz.
  • Sea buckthorn jam 1 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 24 oz.

Directions

  1. One soda siphon is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  2. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  3. Place 10 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a soda siphon
  4. Pour in 4 oz of tarragon syrup and 27 oz of club soda
  5. Close the soda siphon and froth 3-4 times
  6. Pour the cocktail from the soda siphon into the highball glass
