Ingredients

  • Becherovka 2 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Raspberry puree 1 12 oz.
  • Rosemary 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 8 bar spoons of raspberry puree, 2 rosemary sprigs into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of becherovka into the shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
