Pacha Monaco

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Calvados 34 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 34 oz.
  • Grapefruit 2 oz.
  • Lemon 1 14 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Kiwi 0.35 oz.
  • Carambola 12 oz.
  • Cherry 0.35 oz.
  • Salt 0.06 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a grapefruit, lemon and lime wedges, chopped into large pieces into a hurricane glass
  2. Add a pinch of salt and muddle
  3. Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
  4. Pour in 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 0.75 oz of calvados
  5. Add 1.5 oz of gin and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a carambola wedge, a kiwi wedge and two cherries
