Piña Colada in a Coconut


  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Coconut cream 1 oz.
Coconut 50 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 2  
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 4 oz.


  1. Cut a coconut in halves and remove the pulp
  2. Fill a cocktail glass halfway with crushed ice and then place a coconut shell in it
  3. Place a half of a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel and 6 bar spoons of coconut cream into a blender
  4. Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of white rum
  5. Give it a good dry shake
  6. Add some crushed ice and blend again
  7. Pour into the coconut shell
  8. Top up with crushed ice
  9. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer and pineapple leaves
