Boca Chica

Ingredients

  • Vodka 60 oz.
  • Melon liqueur 20 oz.
  • Passion fruit syrup 10 oz.
  • Yellow banana syrup 10 oz.
  • Lime juice 15 oz.
  • Guava 120 oz.
  • Pineapple 30 oz.
  • Coconut cream 30 oz.
  • Pineapple leaves 1  
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 60 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 bar spoons of coconut cream and a peeled half of guava into a blender
  2. Pour in 15 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of yellow banana syrup, 10 ml of passion fruit syrup, 20 ml of melon liqueur and 60 ml of vodka
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a hurricane glass
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a pineapple leaf, a maraschino cherry and a cocktail umbrella
