Hat Trick

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 2 oz.
  • Cherry juice 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 2 oz of pineapple juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  3. Carefully add 0.35 oz of cherry juice
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wheel
