The Double

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Grapefruit liqueur 1 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon juice 15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 1 oz of grapefruit liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
