Jakarta Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • Batavia arrack 1 12 oz.
  • White rum 12 oz.
  • Maraschino liqueur 0.15 oz.
  • Peychaud's bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 1 oz.
  • Frozen cherry 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 0.15 oz of maraschino liqueur, 0.5 oz of white rum and 1.5 oz of batavia arrack into a shaker
  2. Add 2 dashes of peychaud's bitters
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cup
  5. Garnish with 2 frozen cherries on a cocktail skewer
