Monkey Business

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Peach bitters 0.06 oz.
  • Maple syrup 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.1 oz.
  • Granulated cane sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 10 mint leaves, 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a copper mug and muddle
  2. Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  4. Add 2 dashes of peach bitters and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig and caster sugar
