Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Dry orange liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Ginger beer 3 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of dry orange liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac
  3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  4. Garnish with lemon zest
