Frozen Bavaria

Ingredients

  • Lager beer 2 oz.
  • Caramel syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Green apple syrup 1 14 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup, 1.25 oz of green apple syrup and 2 oz of light beer into a blender
  2. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  3. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with apple slices and serve with a teaspoon
