Fountain with Absinthe


  • Absinthe 6 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 5 oz.
  • Lemon juice 3 oz.
  • Club soda 25 oz.
  • Mint 0.3 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.


  1. One fountain is prepared for 6 servings of absinthe
  2. Place mint leaves into the absinthe fountain and fill it to the top with ice cubes
  3. Pour in 3 oz of lemon juice and 5 oz of sugar syrup
  4. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  5. Pour 6 oz of absinthe into a goblet glass
  6. Place an absinthe spoon with cane sugar cube onto the goblet glass
  7. Place the goblet glass under the valve and pour 5 oz of the cocktail from the fountain through the sugar cube
