Vacation in Jamaica

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 1 14 oz.
  • Coconut liqueur 34 oz.
  • Caramel syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Apple juice 12 oz.
  • Heavy cream 34 oz.
  • Banana 2 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Coconut flakes 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Rim a champagne saucer with coconut flakes
  2. Place 1/4 of a peeled and chopped banana into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of apple juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup, 0.75 oz of coconut liqueur and 1.25 oz of gold rum
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  6. Garnish with a banana wheel and a mint sprig
