Hot Apple

Ingredients

  • Drambuie 1 12 oz.
  • Apple juice 5 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.15 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Honey 0.15 oz.
  • Star anise 0.1 oz.
  • Dried apricots 14 oz.
  • Prune 0.35 oz.
  • Tartlet 1  

Directions

  1. Place a star anise into a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 0.15 oz of lime juice, 5 oz of apple juice and 1.5 oz of drambuie
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Strain into a cup
  5. Garnish with the star anise
  6. Serve with a tartlet with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge covered in honey
