Normand Tea

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • White cacao liqueur 34 oz.
  • Earl Grey tea 3 12 oz.
  • Apple 3 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.03 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Place one third of a chopped green apple, a cinnamon stick and a clove into an Irish coffee glass
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of white cocoa liqueur and 1.5 oz of calvados
  3. Top up with hot earl grey tea and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a green apple wedge
