Ingredients

  • London dry gin 0.35 oz.
  • Apple sambuca 34 oz.
  • Orange juice 1 34 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Blackberry 34 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 2 pineapple slices, 3 blackberries into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 1.75 oz of orange juice, 0.75 oz of apple sambuca and 0.35 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the collins glass
  6. Garnish with a blackberry on a cocktail skewer and a rosemary sprig
