Bianco and Tonic

Ingredients

  • White vermouth 1 12 oz.
  • Tonic 5 oz.
  • Lemon 3 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of white vermouth
  3. Top up with tonic and stir gently
  4. Garnish with two lemon wedges
