Pomegranate Tini

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Pomegranate juice 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of pomegranate juice and 2 oz of gin into a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir gently
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
