Austin Powers

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Orange bitters 0.1 oz.
  • Maple syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Apple 1 34 oz.
  • Prune 1 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 2 dried plums, a chopped 1/4 of a green apple into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of maple syrup and 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky
  4. Add 3 dashes of orange bitters
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the rocks glass
  7. Garnish with orange zest and dried plum on a cocktail skewer
