Gin with Peach Tea

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Peach iced tea 4 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  3. Top up with peach iced tea and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a quarter of lemon
