French 75

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 oz.
  • Champagne 3 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 12  
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of gin into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled flute glass
  4. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  5. Garnish with lemon zest and a red maraschino cherry
