Whisky and Ginger Beer

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Ginger beer 5 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 2 oz of scotch whisky.
  3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Squeeze in lemon zest and garnish the cocktail with it.
