Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Overproof rum 1 oz.
  • Absinthe 0.1 oz.
  • Pimento dram liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Passion fruit syrup 12 oz.
  • Homemade falernum syrup 12 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 34 oz.
  • Lime 1 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of homemade falernum syrup, 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup, 0.35 oz of pimento dram liqueur, 1.5 oz of white rum and 1 oz of overproof rum into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake
  3. Pour together with ice into a tiki mug
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime half with a sugar cube soaked in absinthe
  5. Set the sugar on fire and sprinkle it with ground cinnamon
