Directions
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of benedictine and 1.5 oz of gin into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with small orange wedges and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
