Kiwi Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit syrup 1 12 oz.
  • Elderflower syrup 1 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Club soda 13 12 oz.
  • Kiwi 4 oz.
  • Pomegranate 5 oz.
  • Green basil 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 15 oz.

Directions

  1. A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  2. Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  3. Place a peeled and chopped kiwi and 10 green basil leaves into a blender
  4. Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of elderflower syrup and 1.5 oz of grapefruit syrup
  5. Blend without adding ice and pour into the pitcher
  6. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  7. Garnish with a half of a pomegranate
