Northern Sling

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 14 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Blackcurrant syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Sprite 1 34 oz.
  • Lime 0.35 oz.
  • Bilberry 1 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 9 bar spoons of bilberries into a sling glass and muddle
  2. Fill the sling glass to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of blackcurrant syrup, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 1.25 oz of gin
  4. Top up with sprite and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig
