Taiga Tea

Ingredients

  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Still water 5 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Honey 1 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.03 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 oz of honey, a cinnamon stick broken in halves and 1 clove into a milk pitcher
  2. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters and 5 oz of boiling water
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Fine strain into irish coffee glass
  5. Add a pinch of ground nutmeg
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig
