Ingredients

  • Cachaca 2 oz.
  • Almond syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Raspberry 0.15 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of almond syrup and 2 oz of cachaca into a shaker
  2. Add 0.5 oz of lime juice and the juice of a ginger root wedge
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a ginger root wedge and a raspberry
