Ju Julep

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Peach liqueur 34 oz.
  • Rose syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Mint 0.15 oz.
  • Rose petals 1  
  • Rosewater 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 20 mint leaves into a copper mug
  2. Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of rose syrup and 0.75 oz of peach liqueur
  4. Add 1.4 oz of cognac and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Spray a little bit of rose water over the cocktail
  7. Garnish with a rose petal and a mint sprig
