Smoky Scot

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Orange 2 12 oz.
  • Thyme 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a quarter of orange, a sprig of thyme into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of scotch whisky
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a thyme sprig
