Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 oz.
  • Champagne 1 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.1 oz.
  • Homemade wine syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Orange 1 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of homemade wine syrup and 1 oz of cognac into a shaker
  3. Add 3 dashes of angostura bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  7. Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
