The Big Bluff

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 oz.
  • Silver tequila 1 oz.
  • Cherry liqueur 34 oz.
  • Champagne 1 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 34 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of cherry liqueur, 1 oz of silver tequila and 1 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker
  3. Give it a good dry shake
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  5. Strain into the highball glass
  6. Top up with champagne and stir gently
