Jackalope

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • Absinthe 0.35 oz.
  • Maple syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 3 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 200 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and add 0.35 oz of absinthe
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of orange juice, 0.5 oz of maple syrup and 1.5 oz of calvados into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Stir the ice with absinthe and take it away
  5. Strain the cocktail into the cocktail glass
