Casablanca

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Red vermouth 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Strawberry syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Strawberry 2 12 oz.
  • Sweet bell pepper 2 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 strawberries, a quarter of sweet bell pepper into a shaker and muddle
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.15 oz of strawberry syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of red vermouth and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a sweet bell pepper wheel
