Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 12 oz.
  • Manzanilla sherry 34 oz.
  • Almond syrup 14 oz.
  • Lemon juice 34 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a collins glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of lemon juice, 0.25 oz of almond syrup, 0.5 oz of triple sec liqueur, 0.75 oz of manzanilla sherry and 2 oz of white rum
  3. Give it a good swizzle
  4. Top up with crushed ice
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge
