Golden Flip

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 1 12 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 34 oz.
  • Almond syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Orange juice 1 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.5 oz of orange juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of gold rum into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Strain into the highball glass
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig
