Apple Delight

Ingredients

  • Grenadine syrup 34 oz.
  • Peach juice 5 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Apple 7 12 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 peeled and sliced apple into a blender
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of peach juice and 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a collins glass
  5. Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
