Drunk Uncle

Ingredients

  • Single Islay malt whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Cynar 34 oz.
  • White vermouth 34 oz.
  • Grapefruit zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of white vermouth, 0.75 oz of cynar and 1.5 oz of single Islay malt whisky into a mixing glass
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with grapefruit zest
