Orange Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Dry orange liqueur 34 oz.
  • Milk 5 oz.
  • Light cream 1 12 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 34  
  • Honey 34 oz.
  • Orange jam 0.35 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 0.03 oz.
  • Cookie 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 2 bar spoons of orange jam and 0.75 oz of quail egg yolks into a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of honey, 1.5 oz of light cream, 5 oz of milk and 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur
  3. Stir while heating with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into an Irish coffee glass
  5. Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and garnish with a cookie
