Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Benedictine 12 oz.
  • Rhubarb bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Honey syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Red basil 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 5 red basil leaves into a shaker
  2. Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 0.5 oz of benedictine and 1.5 oz of white rum
  3. Add 1 dash of rhubarb bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  6. Garnish with a red basil leaf
