Jam Jackpot

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 1 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Raspberry puree 1 oz.
  • Strawberry puree 1 oz.
  • Fig jam 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 15 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 1 bar spoon of fig jam, 6 bar spoons of raspberry puree and 6 bar spoons of strawberry puree into a shaker
  2. Add 1.5 oz of bourbon and 1 dash of angostura bitters
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a jar
