Big Apple

Ingredients

  • Calvados 1 12 oz.
  • Apple juice 5 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Honey 0.15 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.
  • Dried apricots 14 oz.
  • Prune 0.35 oz.
  • Tartlet 1  

Directions

  1. Place a slice of a ginger root and a cinnamon stick into a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of calvados and 5 oz of apple juice
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Strain into a cup
  5. Place cinnamon from the milk pitcher into the cup
  6. Serve with a tartlet with green apple wedge, dried apricots and dried plum covered in honey
