Schindler's List

Ingredients

  • Vodka 2 oz.
  • Peach liqueur 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Still water 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Pineapple 4 oz.
  • Peach 2 oz.
  • Cranberry 3 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Honey 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place a chopped pineapple wheel, a half of peeled and chopped peach and 20 bar spoons of cranberries into a blender
  3. Blend without ice and strain into a shaker
  4. Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of peach liqueur and 2 oz of vodka
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake carefully
  6. Strain into the highball glass
  7. Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of honey, 1/2 bar spoon of ginger root juice, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of orange juice and 0.35 oz of still water into a soda syphon
  8. Close the soda syphon and froth 3–4 times
  9. Garnish the cocktail with foam from the syphon and a mint sprig
