Foreign Legion

Ingredients

  • Aged rum 1 12 oz.
  • Dubonnet 12 oz.
  • Aperol 12 oz.
  • Dark cacao liqueur 0.15 oz.
  • Manzanilla sherry 12 oz.
  • Rhubarb bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 14 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of manzanilla sherry, 0.5 oz of aperol, 0.5 oz of dubonnet, 0.15 oz of dark cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of aged rum into a mixing glass
  3. Add 1 dash of rhubarb bitters
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
  5. Strain into the rocks glass
  6. Garnish with lemon zest
