Ingredients

  • Aged bourbon 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 1⁄2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Quail egg white 1 oz.
  • Cranberry port jam 0.35 oz.
  • Ice cubes 8 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of aged Bourbon into a shaker
  2. Add 2 bar spoons of cranberry jam with port
  3. Give it a good dry shake
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
  5. Fine strain into a sour glass
