God Mars


  • Cherry sambuca 12 oz.
  • Green mint liqueur 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Butterscotch syrup 12 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 34 oz.


  1. Pour 0.5 oz of butterscotch syrup into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.5 oz of green mint liqueur and 0.5 oz of cherry sambuca
  3. Light the cocktail
  4. Place 1 drop of angostura bitters onto cane sugar cube
  5. Use a fork to dissolve cane sugar over flame so that caramel drops fell into the shot glass
  6. Put out fire when all the sugar melts
  7. Slide an ice cube around the rim of the shot glass before drinking
