Ingredients

  • London dry gin 34 oz.
  • Banana sambuca 1 oz.
  • Campari 1 oz.
  • Tonic 3 12 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 4 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour in 1 oz of campari, 1 oz of banana sambuca and 0.75 oz of gin
  3. Top up with tonic and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange zest on a cocktail skewer
