Raspberry Eggnog

Ingredients

  • Milk 5 oz.
  • Light cream 2 oz.
  • Quail egg yolk 5  
  • Raspberry 1 oz.
  • Honey 34 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 1 oz.
  • Cookie 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 5 bar spoons of raspberries, 5 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Add 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of honey, 2 oz of light cream and 5 oz of milk
  3. Stir while heating with the steam from coffee machine, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into an irish coffee glass
  5. Garnish with 2 cookies
