Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Blueberry liqueur 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Salers cheese 15 oz.
  • Blueberry puree 1 oz.
  • Ground sichuan pepper 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 bar spoons of blueberry puree and a pinch of ground sichuan pepper into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of blueberry liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Serve on the saucer with pieces of salers cheese
