Southern Melon Sling

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 34 oz.
  • Melon syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Melon 10 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a chopped pulp from 2 melon wedges into a blender
  2. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of melon syrup, 0.75 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of cognac
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a sling glass
  5. Garnish with a slice of melon
